Shipping Policy

We currently ship within South Africa only. Delivery times depend on your location and courier availability.

Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days before dispatch, subject to stock availability and operational capacity.

A standard shipping fee of R110 applies to all orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds are not offered.

You cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error, in which case we will cover the cost.
